Services
Four fields, one organisation.
Every specialist at e-quipment is a permanent employee. You get the same people, who already know your company — not the next consultant who happens to be free.

External occupational safety specialist
Occupational health and safety
You need the expertise in the company, but not a post of your own for it. We take on safety support under DGUV Regulation 2 — from the first walk-round to the annual report.
- Assess
Draw up the risk assessment and keep it current
Per workplace and activity, not from a template.
- Inspect
Regular site walks while work carries on
With a record, photographs and named responsibilities.
- Brief
Safety briefings and operating instructions
With proof for your documentation.
- Report
Attendance at the occupational safety committee, annual report
For management, the authorities and the employers' liability insurance association (Berufsgenossenschaft).
What you end up holding in your hand
German Construction Site Ordinance
Health and safety coordination (SiGeKo)
As soon as several trades work on a site at the same time, the duty to coordinate falls on the client. It can be delegated — to us.
- Planning
Coordination during the planning phase
Before building starts, not after the event.
- SiGe-Plan
Draw up the health and safety plan
Updated whenever the construction sequence changes.
- Construction
Coordination on the building site
Aligning the trades, checks on site.
- Handover
Health and safety file for later work
So that maintenance and conversion stay safe too.
Systems
Management systems
A management system is only worth something once people actually work to it. We build it so that it orders the work instead of obstructing it — and we stay with you through to the certification audit.
Still to be confirmed: which standards e-quipment supports, which certificates the company itself holds, under which number, from which certification body and valid until when. Until then, no standard is named here on purpose.
Knowledge
Training and safety briefings
On your premises, at the workplaces in question — with proof of attendance for your documentation.
Still to be confirmed: the training catalogue. Which topics, what length, which qualifications, in person or online, open dates or in-house only.
Legal duties
Four duties that apply to every company.
These four duties apply from the first employee onwards, whatever the sector and the size. They are the reason the four fields above exist at all.
- ArbSchG § 5
Risk assessment for every workplace
From the first employee onwards, to be documented in writing.
- ArbSchG § 12
Safety briefing for employees
On hiring, on any change, and regularly after that.
- DGUV Regulation 2
Support by a company doctor and a safety specialist
Scope depends on the type of business and the number of employees.
- BaustellV § 3
Coordination when several trades are at work
A duty of the client, transferable to a coordinator.
The sections are cited correctly, but they are no substitute for legal advice. Have this checked by a specialist and a lawyer before publication.
